Hello everyone, I'm a pastry chef and I make different desserts, can someone tell me where I can add freeze dried bananas, and what the taste will be?

Hello! I love experimenting with desserts too, and freeze-dried bananas are a great ingredient. Here are some ideas where I use them:

I tried to make a banana muffin. It turned out very tasty! Freeze-dried bananas can be ground into a powder and added to muffin batter. They give a bright banana flavor and make baking more aromatic. I usually add about 2 tablespoons of powder for every cup of flour.

I'm also thinking of trying to make banana ice cream and cookies with banana pieces.
