While indulging in freeze-dried pineapple, has anyone else experienced a significantly amplified impact of bromelain effects? After consuming just a few pieces, my mouth was ablaze for hours. Would rinsing the pineapple help mitigate these effects? I’m hooked on the outstanding flavor and keen on continuing to enjoy it, but it seems the pineapple is outpacing my ability to consume it. 😂 I ingested this amount and experienced intense effects, all from around 8 pieces.
