I decided to freeze dry 24 cans of cream of mushroom soup. They Reduced down to 3 cans per pint jar. 50grams of powder to
About 130 grams of warm water to reconstitute. Added an oxygen absorber and vacuum sealed. The box these came in had an expiration date instead of a Best Buy date. I’m gonna assume it was close enough but figured I would freeze dry them to extend shelf life. Any idea how long I can expect this powder to stay fresh ? Perhaps not as long with a Cream base but was hoping for another year or two to make it worth the effort.
