    This is how I did my ripe bananas: not pre-frozen. Runtime: 23 hrs total. Standard temp settings.

    I had one cold spot in a very thick slice (~1”) that snuck in on a heavily loaded tray. I promptly resolved that issue by eating it. Most slices are <1/2” because I used a banana slicer. I do whole bananas when I have a ton to process. They are just very awkward to eat for snacking

    These are for short term use. I have a big jar of them on the counter that has done fine over the last couple months, even in our GA humidity. Most of the tray contents got lightly vacuum sealed in food saver bag without OA bc the kids will likely drag them out over the next few months.

    I’m just sharing my situation. I’m not intending on starting any arguments and I’m sorry if I offended you in anyway. Jesus loves you, so do I.

    One more thing: they do stick to the tray but I use a bench scraper that easily breaks them free. The dog gets the ones that fling off the tray.
