    I’m keen on creating unique ‘salad toppers’—something healthy and crunchy beyond the usual nuts, seeds, and croutons. Any success stories out there? What ingredients did you use? I’m contemplating adding protein, like canned tuna. I’ve never tried tuna this way, but the idea of having it crunchy, alongside shredded carrots, radishes, beets, and tomatoes sounds intriguing. Maybe throw in some of last week’s successful pomegranate seeds too! 🍅🥕🐟

    I think tuna is not the best fish for sublimation. try any red fish! this sounds promising
